Structure, Duties and Functions

The Directorate of Academic Research and Innovation has the following structure:

 

  1. Main Duty and Function Director of the Directorate of Academic Research and Innovation
    1. Preparing Annual Activity and Budget Plans (RKAT) of Center for Innovation and Academic Research;
    2. Formulate innovations and evidence-based academic policies to realize the mandate, vision and mission of Universitas Gadjah Mada integrated under the coordination of the Rector and Vice Rectors;
    3. Develop academic innovation and implementation strategy;
    4. Developing learning methods, evaluation systems, media utilization and learning resources, and implementation strategies;
    5. Designing the formula and strategic planning of Tridharma innovation and supporting program that will developed by units in Universitas Gadjah Mada
    6. Provide consultation on policy making in Universitas Gadjah Mada;
    7. Monitoring and evaluation of academic innovation and development of learning method, evaluation system, and utilization of media and learning resources;
    8. Assist in evaluating, synchronizing, and refining policies to support the implementation of innovation and academic policies;
    9. Synergize academic policies;
    10. Carry out cooperation activities in scope of innovation and academic Research;
    11. Prepare and submit reports on task implementation of Center for Innovation and Academic Review to the Rector through Vice Rector for Education, Teaching and Student Affairs.

 

  1. Head of Sub-Directorate for Academic Innovation Development
    1. Preparing Academic Innovation Program and Budget Plans;
    2. Helps to formulate innovations and evidence-based academic policies to realize the mandate, vision and mission of Universitas Gadjah Mada integrated under the coordination of the Rector and Vice Rectors;
    3. Helps to develop academic innovation and implementation strategy;
    4. Establish instructions for academic innovation implementation;
    5. Helps preparing strategic steps of implementation of academic innovation;
    6. Helps to develop learning methods, evaluation systems, media utilization and learning resources, and implementation strategies;
    7. To assist in monitoring and evaluation of academic innovation and development of learning method, evaluation system, and utilization of media and learning resources;
    8. Assist in consulting units for the development and implementation of learning methods, evaluation systems, and feedback mechanisms;
    9. Help prepare strategic steps of implementation of academic innovation;
    10. Preparing and deliver reports of task implementation of Academic Innovation to Head of Center for Innovation and Academic Research;

 

  1. Head of the Sub Directorate of Academic Research
    1. Preparing Program and Budget Plans on Policy Research and Development;
    2. Helps to formulate long-term and intermediate academic policies for integrated and integrated and evidence-based University development;
    3. Make use of academic policy databases from both the central (national) and the internal government of the University and conduct gap analysis for the development of academic policies;
    4. Assist in evaluating, synchronizing, and refining policies to support the implementation of innovation and academic policies;
    5. Arrange the technical implementation manual / technical policy manual;
    6. Preparing and deliver reports of task implementation of Academic Innovation to Head of Center for Innovation and Academic Research;
